Your expertise in analyzing large datasets and communicating insights to stakeholders will be crucial in driving informed business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership to conduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basis.Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive teams.Deliver actionable insights through data-driven analysis.Transform data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity across reports.Develop and maintain efficient financial reporting processes.Design and implement reporting dashboards using PowerBI to visualize performance metrics.Aid in the creation and management of the annual operating plan.Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by the finance team.Requirements3-5 years' experience in finance and/or accounting.Relevant degree from an accredited institution.Expertise in detailed variance analysis.Experience with enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.Skills and AbilitiesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
