Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Remediation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating product labeling data across various systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labeling components (SmPC, PIL, IFU, CCDS, artworks, pack labels) and experience in regulatory labeling or labeling operations.They will also be familiar with RIM/PLM systems (Veeva Vault RIM, Agile, SAP PLM, etc.) and able to work with large datasets and detailed documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, validate, and correct product labeling data across systems.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data in existing labeling records.Remediate labeling fields to match regulatory standards and local market requirements.Ensure alignment between Regulatory submissions (e.g., eCTD, SPL), artwork, and product information.Support labeling data migration during system upgrades (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM, PLM, SAP).Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and Artwork teams to confirm accuracy.Maintain audit-ready documentation for all remediation activities.Skills & RequirementsStrong understanding of labeling componentsExperience in regulatory labeling or labeling operationsFamiliarity with RIM/PLM systemsAbility to work with large datasetsStrong attention to detailThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for ensuring product accuracy and compliance.
