Job Title: Career Guidance SpecialistRole OverviewThe Career Guidance Specialist will guide prospective students through the admissions process, understanding their academic goals and providing suitable course recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct informative sessions with prospective students to understand their educational background and career aspirations.Recommend appropriate courses based on student queries and provide detailed information about course schedules, fees, and learning outcomes.Track and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.Maintain accurate records of student interactions in a customer relationship management system.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.Required Skills & CompetenciesFluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Ability to empathize with student queries and provide effective solutions.Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.Good understanding of the education sector is preferred.Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools are necessary.Preferred BackgroundExperience in education, sales, or customer service is desirable.Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets are preferred.
