In this position, you'll be responsible for building, testing, and deploying innovative applications and microtools that enhance our user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy creative applications: Design and develop engaging digital experiences that meet our users' needs.Integrate APIs and experiment with new technologies: Collaborate with our product teams to integrate APIs from platforms like Replit, Loveable, and Bolt, and explore new ways to enhance our services.Prototype fast and iterate faster: Use tools like Replit for live builds and demos to quickly test and refine your ideas.Collaborate with design and product teams: Work closely with our design and product teams to translate ideas into real, working digital solutions.Optimize performance and ensure scalability: Ensure that our applications are fast, reliable, and scalable, meeting the needs of our growing user base.Your Skills and QualificationsProgramming skills: You have a strong understanding of JavaScript, Python, or similar languages and hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.Replit and dev environment expertise: You're comfortable working in Replit and modern development environments, and have a good understanding of how to use them effectively.Aptitude for learning: You're curious about AI, web automation, and no-code/low-code tools like Loveable and Bolt, and are eager to learn and experiment with new technologies.Design sense and UX awareness: You care about the feel and functionality of digital experiences, and have a solid understanding of user experience principles.Team player with good communication skills: You're a team player with excellent communication skills, and can work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
