Responsibilities:
  • Review requirementsspecifications and technical design documents to provide timely andmeaningfulfeedback.
  • Create detailedcomprehensive and wellstructured test plans and testcases.
  • Estimate prioritizeplan and coordinate testingactivities.
  • Identify recorddocument thoroughly and trackbugs.
  • Perform thoroughregression testing when bugs areresolved.
  • Develop and applytesting processes for new and existing products to meet clientneeds.
  • Liaise with internalteams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify systemrequirements.
  • Monitor debuggingprocessresults.
  • Investigate thecauses of nonconformingsoftware.
  • Track qualityassurance metrics like defect densities and open defectcounts.
  • Stay uptodate withnew testing tools and teststrategies.

Requirements
  • Proven workexperience in software qualityassurance.
  • Experience in writingclear concise and comprehensive test plans and testcases.
  • Strong knowledge ofsoftware QA methodologies tools andprocesses.
  • Solid knowledge ofSQL andscripting
  • Extensive experiencein API testing with RESTassured libraries including expertise inwriting executing and validating RESTful APItests.
  • Handson experiencewith Salesforce including Apex and Lightning components aplus.
  • Handson experiencewith automated testing tools aplus.
  • Experience withAtlassian Jira aplus.
  • Experience working inan Agile/Scrum/Kanban developmentprocess.
  • Experience withperformance and/or security testing is aplus.
  • BS/MS degree inComputer Science Engineering or a related subject preferred.Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of adegree.
