Senior SoC DirectorAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the development of next-generation mixed-signal RF/communication system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. As a Senior SoC Director, you will lead a team of engineers to design and implement cutting-edge SoCs that meet the evolving needs of our customers.Responsibilities:Manage and mentor a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, develop technical roadmaps, and execute project plansDevelop and maintain expertise in SoC architecture, digital IC design, and low-power design methodologiesDrive innovation and provide leadership to ensure world-class system solutionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferredProven track record of success in high-performance/high-volume semiconductor industryExpertise in SoC, embedded CPU, and bus architectures, networking, and control interfacesDigital IC design, design for low power and high speed, and system modeling skillsProficiency in Cadence/Synopsys design environments and experience with RTL coding, Lint/CDC checking, simulation, synthesis, power analysis, and timing analysis
