Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Lead Statistical Programmer to lead our programming activities.The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of statistical programming standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a timely manner.Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining programming documentation, creating CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications, and overseeing SAS program development for data creation.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of CDISC standards, and experience working with clinical trial data in the pharmaceutical industry.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 7-8+ years of programming experience.Strong SAS programming skills, knowledge of other programming languages (R, Python) is a plus.Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development principles and regulatory submissions (NDA, ANDA).Prior PTL experience, attention to detail, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for growth, mentorship, and collaboration on global interdisciplinary teams.
