Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled PLM System Developer to join our team.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned developer to design, implement, and maintain configurations, customizations, and enhancements for enterprise cloud PLM systems using PTC Windchill+Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop out-of-the-box and custom solutions for PTCWindchill+ and ThingWorx Navigate.Create workflows, life cycles, and business rules to meet organizational requirements.Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for data-driven decision making.Implement user interface improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.Optimize system performance through code refinement.Develop integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems.Quality Assurance ExpertiseDesign and execute comprehensive test plans for developed solutions.Validate vendor-developed configurations and customizations.Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and regression testing.Test system behavior under various load conditions.Technical Leadership RoleDocument technical specifications and development approaches.Establish coding standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.Collaborate with business analysts to refine requirements.Requirements and Qualifications4+ years of hands-on development experience with PTC Windchill platform.Experience with ThingWorx Navigate development and customization.Demonstrated experience in quality assurance methodologies.If you are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and driving business growth, we would love to hear from you
