Located in the developed industrial area of Shivane, Pune, the company is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and comprehensive testing and inspection facilities.Position: Sr. Design & Estimation EngineerLocation: Shivane, PuneReporting To: General Manager / DirectorQualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical EngineeringExperience: 3–5 Years in Panel Manufacturing IndustryKey Roles & Responsibilities:Design Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of electrical control panels as per project requirements and standards.Review and finalize electrical drawings, GA, power and control drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) within project timelines.Ensure accuracy in design calculations, material selection, and technical documentation.Coordinate with clients for design approvals and technical clarifications.Supervise and guide the design team to maintain quality and efficiency.Provide technical support to production and testing teams during panel assembly and FAT.Estimation Responsibilities:Evaluate tenders and prepare accurate cost estimates within deadlines.Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements for pricing.Float enquiries to vendors and prepare techno-commercial comparisons.Negotiate with suppliers and support value engineering to optimize project costs.Maintain confidentiality of costing data and ensure ISO documentation compliance.Additional Responsibilities:Maintain up-to-date project documentation and drawing records.Support management in process improvement and team development initiatives.
