Senior Accounting ProfessionalWe are seeking a senior accounting professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and experience with US GAAP, Indian GAAP, and Canadian GAAP. They will be responsible for managing the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash, and general ledger teams.Additionally, they will coordinate with tax authorities, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities include:Managing AP, AR, Payroll, Cash, and Gen Ledger or an Accounting teamCoordination for Taxes, Audits, and ComplianceConsolidation and Transfer pricingBudgeting and Reporting including setting up new processes or improvements in the processes for the sameThe successful candidate will have a CPA certification with knowledge of Indian Accounting standards or a Chartered Accountant from India who has worked in the US and has working knowledge of both countries.They will also have a strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and process improvements.Our company offers a competitive pay package, flexible remote work options, attractive policies, medical insurance benefits, and industry-leading training.Experience Required: At least 7 years of experience preferably with proficiency and enough exposure to US as well as Indian GAAP, and way of working in both countries.
