Senior Architect - IngeniumJob SummarySeeking an experienced Life and Annuity senior Architect to work in Ingenium migration project. This role requires a deep understanding of the life insurance and annuity industry, excellent Ingenium skills and conversion experience.Years of experience needed are 10 to 15 Years of experienceKey ResponsibilitiesMust have experience in Life Admin Systems, Life Insurance, Annuity productsMin 10 plus years of experience in development of policy administration system COBOL, IngeniumMin 10 plus years of experience in development, maintenance and Support projects of IngeniumMin 8 plus yrs of experience in SQLMust have good knowledge of Policy Administration System design and architectureMust have hand on experience of Insurance Policy Admin System Migration, Conversion projectMust be aware of new technologies and market updates with respect to Life and Annuity businessParticipate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and design the proposed IT solution.Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations and provide input to information data flow and understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.Document High Level and Low Level technical specifications.Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skillsCertifications NeededAny Project management, Insurance certifications.Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be a added advantage.Technical SkillsCOBOL, DB2, VSAM, SQLShould be strong in Ingenium.Meetings, Reviews, Reporting and DocumentationVery well versed with tools and techniques for efficient project management and reporting.Equal Opportunity EmployerMphasis is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
