  • 5-6 + years of relevant experience in SF Compensation & Variable Pay with a minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in Compensation at least 1 end to end implementations in Variable Pay.
  • Should have good integration knowledge with other modules like PMGM and EC., ECP
  • Must have strong SuccessFactors Compensation knowledge and a valid certification.
  • Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and also in the offshore/onsite model.
  • Experience in international environments with the co-existence of global accounting and local statutory needs would be an advantage.

HCM: Exp-7+ years – Support experience


1. Gather and study business requirements related to HCM processes and provide solutions within SAP PA, Payroll, Benefits.

2. Support and assistance for client/payroll specialist team, handling payroll schemas and errors.

3. Lead, design, develop and implement integration with software applications and maintains software applications.

4. Liaise directly with business areas to diagnose problems with existing SAP HCM programs or initiate designs of new SAP applications independently, conferring with user groups to define business needs and potential solutions based on information technology.

5. Ensure customer acceptance by soliciting involvement on design, functionality, and testing.

6. Prepare data models, functional flow diagrams, and other documentation as required by departmental standards and methodology.

7. Work along with ABAP team to develop and test SAP HCM based custom builds.

8. Experience in developing / using LSMW and other data conversion tools.

9. Knowledge of SAP query reporting tool to extract and analysis system data.
