Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Garden Nursery Manager at Pencil Gardens in south India . The Garden Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, managing plant care, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the quality of products. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, providing customer service, and managing a team and sales


Qualifications

  • Nursery Management and Horticulture Skills
  • Experience in Safeguarding Plants and Nursery Inventory
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding Practices for Plants
  • Ability to create and implement nursery management plans
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience in farm management would be beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field and with strong passion to innovate
