They will provide strategic oversight, ensure alignment with organisational objectives, and lead senior project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver program outcomes on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.Define, lead, and manage complex programmes for pharmaceutical clients.Align programme objectives with business strategy and ensure all projects contribute to defined outcomes.Provide governance and direction across projects, managing dependencies, interproject risks, and overall programme-level planning and reporting.This role is ideal for highly experienced, strategic thinkers with deep domain expertise in software delivery for the pharmaceutical industry—particularly in pharmacovigilance, safety, and regulatory technology.Key Responsibilities:Lead stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring transparent communication, change management, and alignment across business and technical teams.Maintain tight control of programme scope and oversee the evaluation and approval of change requests, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and do not compromise delivery.Actively mentor, coach, and support the development of project managers within the team, fostering a culture of project management excellence, continuous learning and professional growth.The Programme Manager will drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of enterprise-level project and programme delivery methodologies, frameworks, and governance structures.They will also ensure all programme activities are compliant with industry regulations, including pharmacovigilance standards (e.g., GVP, FDA, EMA) and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
