Job Title: Machine Learning EngineerLocation: Remote, India 5 days WFH Experience: 5+ yearsPreferred - SIEM product OR security product Experience About the company We are a security data platform that enables teams to be more effective by building the infrastructure modern security teams need to most effectively use their security data. Through its AI-enabled “Security Engineer” (ASE), the company is able to reduce analyst workloads by providing context to understand the nuance in disparate data sets. This helps companies’ security analysts spend more time on what matters, remediating issues, by overcoming time-consuming data preparation tasks and compute intensive queries. The company provides the collection infrastructure, observability pipelines, security analytics and smart data management through its turnkey data lake solution. By bifurcating security and compliance data, the company is able to provide high-fidelity security data in real-time while reducing costs.Responsibilities:● Collaborate closely with founding team to deliver a high-impact solutions to problems with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning● Design, implement, test, debug, optimize and evolve key AI/ML components of our platform● Measure and improve the performance, precision, recall, and accuracy of AI/ML components● Drive prototypes and MVP architecture and development to deliver innovative features services which are consistent, maintainable, and highly scalable.● Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and ML and evaluate the potential impact of new technologies on our products and services.● Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences and provide thought leadership within the company and at industry events.● Contribute to the creation of intellectual property through patents, publications, and presentations.Our ideal candidate:● Has hands on experience delivering Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning features, ideally in security or analytics products● Has wrangled multiple AI/ML applications using tools such as LangChain, Ollama, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn in production environments● Has 3 or more years of experience in building AI/ML features in big data platforms.● Is always investigating approaches to make your solutions better.● Moves autonomously and finds the right tradeoff between quality and pragmatism.● Prides themselves for their code quality, testing and documentation.● Holds a Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.Why should you join?● Challenging, AI/ML problems to solve● Be a part of the early stage engineering team and build things from scratch● Breaking new ground in terms of efficiency for this type of product● Seasoned executive team with decades of experience in this space – direct access and mentorship from industry veterans● Fast-paced environment, no politics● Remote workApply - Priyansh@hirojet.com / Nirmalya@hirojet.com
