Job Description:Designation: Sales ManagerPosition Open in: Bangalore / ChennaiSegment: Luxury CarsPreferred Experience: Atleast 5+ years of experience working with Luxury CarsJob Description of Sales Manager/Sales Consultant1. Discuss and accept Sales targets, track progress and achieve targets2. Prepare annual sales plan for the assigned area of operation, forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to review3. Manage CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales& Generate new enquiries4. Develop the marketing plan for the year with the support of Marketing Head for the assigned area of operations5. Maintain a strong focus on product and service satisfaction of all customers. Proactive in approach and build good connect with the existing customers6. Analyze the market conditions and make changes in the sales strategies accordingly7. Promote and sell Merchandise, accessories, finance and Insurance sales to maximize revenue8. Monitor vehicle inventory, order pipeline and delivery to customers9. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share with management for review and planningSkills Expect1. Understanding of Luxury customers2. Willingness to work independently and as part of a team3. Strong written and verbal communication skills4. Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
