About the RoleWe are seeking a talented specialist to join our team, driven by a shared passion for innovative and scientifically validated solutions.This exciting role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve assessment tools, while supporting consulting projects globally.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Implementation in R&D:Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages, and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.Partner with consultants and consulting teams to support the development of AI-supported solutions for customised assessments and reporting, including creation of dynamic custom reports on demand.Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.Psiychometric Tool Development:Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.Develop innovative test items, leveraging AI tools for item generation and quality assurance.Coordinate and manage subject matter experts to ensure test content validity, reliability, and relevance.Contribute to project management by using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track and deliver project requirements on schedule.Collaboration:Work closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural environment.About Our TeamWe are an international publisher of predictive talent assessment solutions, trusted by over 4000 clients in 80+ countries.We develop innovative and scientifically validated tools that help organisations attract, develop, and retain talent.We have a multicultural team of 80 employees working across 5 global locations.
