The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analysing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Planning & Management· Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels.· Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, and targeting.Performance Optimization· Develop and implement strategies to improve ROAS, CTR, and overall campaign performance.· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize efficiency.Creative Collaboration· Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad visuals and copies aligned with UBON's brand voice.Analytics & Reporting· Use Meta Ads Manager and other analytical tools to track KPIs, conversions, and audience insights.· Generate regular performance reports and share actionable insights with the marketing leadership.Industry Knowledge & Best Practices· Stay updated with Meta algorithm updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
