Our products increase transparency, boost speed, and empower users to make informed decisions.We currently offer two main solutions: a data subscription service and a trade execution platform. The data service provides low-latency digital asset data via WebSocket, featuring a unified querying language that simplifies access to exchange-specific protocols. The trade execution platform allows clients to interact with cryptocurrency exchanges using multiple interfaces.We leverage technologies like Python, C++, and cloud-based systems to build high-performance, flexible, and reliable infrastructure.This is an exciting time for our team as we onboard clients and rapidly develop our solutions to meet their needs.We are seeking a Quantitative Trader with experience or a strong interest in trading, market microstructure, and quantitative methods. This role offers hands-on experience with trading strategies, data analysis, and statistical modeling applied to digital asset markets.The Quantitative Trader will work closely with other researchers, engineers, and product managers and report directly to the Head of Research. This position presents a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the fast-paced world of fintech and cryptocurrency trading.Key Responsibilities:Conduct research on cryptocurrency markets, including price modeling, volatility analysis, and market microstructure.Develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods.Analyze large datasets across multiple exchanges to uncover patterns and identify trading opportunities.Create research reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with engineers to integrate research into production trading systems.Support the development of risk management and portfolio optimization models.Success Factors:We are looking for passionate, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic startup environment.A successful candidate should have curiosity, resourcefulness, and a team player mindset.Integrity and a growth mindset are also essential for this role.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computational Finance, Physics).Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics (e.g., probability, linear algebra, calculus).Programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools.Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts.Experience with data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and statistical modeling techniques.Interest in time series analysis and algorithmic trading strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Clear communication and ability to present research findings effectively.
