Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist at Fyno, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by acquiring and managing enterprise customers. You’ll focus on understanding client needs, presenting Fyno’s value proposition, and closing high-value deals. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and target high-value enterprise prospects in financial services, banking, and other key verticals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Sales Execution:
- Understand customer challenges and position Fyno as the solution to meet their needs.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions for enterprise clients.
- Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, engineering leaders, and product teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving upsell opportunities.
- Technical Depth:
- Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions & high level Internet architectures
- Liaising with other cross-functional teams like Solutions, Product etc. to ensure that we deliver on required customizations by sizing up the opportunity and creating projections which is a driver in taking such callsBuild strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, engineering leaders, and product teams.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 6 - 15 years of total work experience with minimum 3 years' experience in B2B software sales and account management for BFSI sector clients
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals with enterprise customers.
- Established and existing networks with banks both public as well as private sector would be a definite advantage.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Business acumen and Customer orientation: Should be a passionate believer in digital transformation and the use of technology to simplify business processes and improve customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with customer communication management (CCM), CPaaS, or messaging ecosystems is a plus.
- Understanding of financial services and regulated industries is an advantage.
- Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual, and financial aspect of the business.
- Mindset:
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving priorities.
