Blockchain Expert SoughtWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge blockchain solutions.The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in designing and implementing high-performance blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.Design, develop, and maintain complex blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized systems.Write efficient, secure, and scalable Rust code for blockchain components.Implement robust smart contracts, cryptographic functions, and distributed ledger tools.Develop and optimize node infrastructure, P2P networking, and runtime modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative blockchain systems.Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.Research emerging blockchain technologies and propose improvements.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.5+ years of experience in blockchain development.Strong programming experience in Rust (mandatory).Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus algorithms, cryptographic primitives, peer-to-peer networks, transaction flows, smart contract execution.Experience with one or more blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Solana, Polkadot/Substrate, Cosmos, Ethereum)—preferably Rust-based chains.Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.Experience with Substrate framework.Knowledge of WASM, Zero-Knowledge systems, Layer 1/L2 architectures.Exposure to Rust async runtimes (Tokio, async-std).Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
