Role & responsibilitiesJob Title: Bilingual Customer Support Representative (German & English) Location: Hyderabad Work mode: Work from OfficePosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, fluent in both German and English. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As part of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in both German and English.Resolve product or service issues efficiently by identifying the cause of the problem, researching, and offering solutions.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, into the companys CRM system.Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure quick resolution.Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.Handle bilingual inquiries, ensuring accurate and culturally relevant communication.Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new features, services, or promotions.Assist with customer feedback and communicate insights to improve the overall customer experience.Contribute to process improvements and the development of best practices.Qualifications:Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
