T24 Developer PositionWe are seeking an experienced software developer to fill a T24 position. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, performance and maintainability of local developments and InfoBasic/jBASE programs.This role will play a key part in enhancing core banking customizations while mentoring developers and driving best practices across the organization.Ensure all InfoBasic programs adhere to coding standards and industry best practices.Perform comprehensive peer reviews to enhance reliability, performance and maintainability of core banking customizations.Review InfoBasic subroutines, batch jobs and local developments for correctness, robustness and effective error handling.Validate file operations and check compatibility and correctness of functions, statements and syntax across T24 release versions.Assess performance implications of developed solutions and recommend improvements.Evaluate code readability, design and complexity; suggest refactoring when required.Ensure proper logging, data validation, archival mechanisms and exception handling.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in T24 development, strong review and analytical skills and a passion for improving code quality and engineering standards.Job RequirementsTo be successful in this position you will need:Deep knowledge of T24 programming.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication skills.Ability to adapt to changing requirements.Please note that only qualified candidates will be considered for this role.
