Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with hands-on experience in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of various Odoo modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Odoo framework and the ability to configure and optimize modules to support critical business functions. 

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement Odoo solutions across key modules such as Accounting, Invoicing, Expenses, Inventory, Purchase, and Sales.

● Customization: Customize Odoo modules to meet unique client needs while ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

● Collaboration: Work with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide technical support, and develop effective implementation strategies.

● Troubleshooting: Perform debugging and resolve technical issues within the Odoo ecosystem to maintain system performance and reliability.

● System Audits and Updates: Conduct routine audits and manage updates to ensure optimal system performance.

● User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users for effective utilization of Odoo modules.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with expertise in modules such as Accounting, Invoicing, Expenses, Inventory, Purchase, and Sales.

Technical Skills:

● Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.

● Hands-on experience with Odoo's core framework.

● Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

● Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
