Analytics and Reporting SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Analytics and Reporting Specialist to lead analytics and reporting work across Power BI, SQL, Google Sheets, and data engineering/integration tasks.Dashboards and Data ModellingCreate dashboards from scratch using Power Query for data transformation and shaping, building well-structured, analytics-ready data models (star schema), and writing advanced DAX for KPIs, time-intelligence, and business logic.Data Analysis and SQLWrite clean, optimized queries combining multiple datasets in SQL, perform date/time conversions, timestamp harmonization, and business-rule logic, and help clean and prepare backend datasets for Power BI.Google Sheets and AutomationWork with operational data stored in Google Sheets, use advanced formulas, structure Sheets for ingestion into Power BI, automate repetitive steps using Apps Script, and build helper/staging sheets for data cleaning and QA.External System IntegrationIntegrate external systems through REST APIs, use Make.com / Pipedream / Apps Script to automate data ingestion, normalize unstructured SaaS data into clean analytics tables, troubleshoot data flow breaks, and ensure continuity of pipelines.Data Quality and DocumentationClean messy, real-world datasets, design clear transformation logic from raw data to final model, document data definitions, modelling rules, and key assumptions, and provide quality checks to ensure stable reporting.About the Role: This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, as well as experience working with data engineering and integration tasks.
