AI Security Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Security Lead to establish and govern security best practices across our organization.This role involves building the AI security foundation for the company, defining frameworks, ensuring compliance, and guiding the secure design and deployment of AI products.Job Summary: To lead a small, cross-functional team to operationalize AI security across business units.Key Responsibilities:Build and Lead AI Security Function: Design and implement the organization's AI security strategy, governance model, and operational practices.Secure AI Product Lifecycle: Ensure security controls and compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from model development, data handling, deployment, and monitoring to production support.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data, Digital, and Infrastructure Security teams to embed AI security within broader enterprise security frameworks.Governance & Compliance: Define policies to address the ethical, legal, and regulatory aspects of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI deployment.AI Risk & Insurance: Evaluate and establish AI insurance mechanisms to safeguard organizational interests against AI-related risks.Security Best Practices: Develop and socialize secure development and operational practices for AI and ML systems.Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Mentor a high-performing horizontal team, influencing security posture across business units, and partner with product and engineering leaders to proactively identify and mitigate AI-specific threats.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven Experience: At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years focused on AI or cloud security.Strong Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI product lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and inference operations.Security Principles: Strong knowledge of security principles, threat modeling, and compliance frameworks applicable to AI solutions (e.g., GDPR, ISO, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).Microsoft Ecosystem: Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365 Security, Defender, Sentinel, Purview) is preferred.Infrastructure Security: Understanding of infrastructure security and ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure and DevOps teams.Awareness of AI Legality: Awareness of AI legality, ethics, and governance frameworks and their impact on enterprise AI deployment.Excellent Communication: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package, performance-based incentives, and health benefits designed to ensure you're well-supported.Our positive and inclusive culture includes team activities, wellness, and mental health programs to ensure you feel supported.Ongoing Support:We believe in your continuous growth and offer company-sponsored certifications, training programs, and skill-building opportunities to help you succeed.With remote work options and a fully supported work-from-home setup, we ensure your comfort and productivity.We foster a culture of inclusivity and support, providing an environment where you can thrive professionally and personally.
