Business Intelligence Analysts play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes by analyzing data and providing actionable insights.Job Description:The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for creating risk reports that cater to the needs of both business and risk teams. This involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including the commercial engagement team, LOBs, and risk functions, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in understanding Wex products and portfolios. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of data infrastructure and analytical tools required for risk analysis.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least 2 years of analytics experience with a proven track record of utilizing quantitative analysis to impact key business decisionsWorking knowledge of data visualization tools such as TableauKey Responsibilities:Develop foundational skills in data analysis and interpretationDeepen understanding of SQL and Python programming languages for data querying and analysisPartner with the WEX analytical community to ensure data availability for meeting use cases and reporting requirementsLeverage data visualization tools to create informative dashboards and reportsMonitor KPI/KRI universe and set standards for reportingPair reporting with business activities to provide context and meaning for driving actionable outcomesBenefits:As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of risk reporting strategies.
