We partner with both domestic and international clients, delivering scalable, process-driven, and high-performance workforce solutions across industries.About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-focused Sales Team Leader to manage our telecalling sales team. The role demands strong people management skills, sales strategy execution, and the ability to consistently drive team performance in a WFO setup.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of telecallers to achieve monthly sales targets.- Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.- Track team productivity, conversions, call quality, and KPI performance.- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards.- Handle client/customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.- Maintain and analyze MIS & performance dashboards regularly.- Coordinate with management for training, process updates, and workflow improvements.Requirements- 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience.- Must have prior experience managing a team of telecallers or sales agents.- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational abilities.- Comfortable working in a high-energy, target-driven WFO role.- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting.
