Senior Infrastructure Development Manager

Establishing a strategic infrastructure portfolio is critical to achieving organizational success in this role. You will lead the planning, design and execution of large-scale projects, including world-class racetracks and advanced highway developments. Your key responsibility will be to drive all aspects of project delivery from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, safety and compliance with international and national standards.Project Planning & DesignDevelop comprehensive end-to-end plans for infrastructure projects, collaborating with consultants, architects and technical experts to ensure designs meet FIA/FIM, MoRTH and IRC standards. Create detailed project timelines, budgets and construction methodologies, focusing on precision, safety and performance.Execution & SupervisionOversee the on-ground execution of civil works, including track or roadway construction, drainage systems, lighting and safety installations. Ensure precise surface leveling, pavement quality and drainage for optimal performance and durability. Manage contractors, consultants and internal teams to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion.Quality, Safety & ComplianceImplement stringent quality control measures for materials, pavement layers and workmanship. Ensure full compliance with international and national standards and safety protocols. Supervise the installation of safety systems, barriers, lighting and HSE adherence across all project sites.Leadership & Team ManagementBuild and lead a multidisciplinary project team comprising civil, electrical and project engineers. Define roles, responsibilities and KPIs for team members and subcontractors. Mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance excellence across all levels.
