About the role:

The candidate should be comfortable owning projects from start to finish including interpreting creative briefs, generating and presenting ideas, and pushing to find inspiring and unique brand stories based on design strategy.

A beautiful and strategic portfolio is a must with examples of top-notch typographic sensibility, drawing skills, and experience building compelling brand identity systems, executing across Print, Digital, packaging design.

If you are Open minded, Optimistic, and Energetic, you’ll fit right in. You will be collaborating with a team of designers. As a Art Director, you will be responsible for supporting junior members of the team and freelancers when needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality artwork throughout all aspects of a given project and working closely with senior project managers and other designers to ensure you meet the client's expectations. You will have the confidence to present ideas to senior partners/clients and clearly communicate and explain the rationale behind your design decisions.

You need to stay up to date with design trends and methods.

Qualifications:

- Relevant degree or diploma related to communication design
- A minimum of 8+ years in an Advertising or Design Firm
- Experience in creating communication campaigns & KVs
- Strong concept and presentation skills
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- Fluent in English
