Test Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our testing efforts in credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.Conduct Decision Integration Testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomes.Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logic.Use SAS to extract, validate, and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputs.Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test result documentation for all testing cycles.Develop and maintain Excel-based validation templates and reporting to support business stakeholders in reviewing outcomes.Support go-live readiness through UAT sign-offs and ensure audit-ready documentation of results.Key Skills and ExperienceStrong programming skills in SAS – data extraction, manipulation, and validation.Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies.Hands-on experience with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking tools.High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reporting.Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks.Experience in documenting testing results, preparing summary reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
