Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Bench Sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bench Marketing:
  • Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US citizens, etc.) to clients and vendor requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and vendors to place bench candidates effectively.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Understand the skill sets of candidates on the bench and find appropriate job opportunities.
  • Work with candidates to update and format resumes for client submissions.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing insights into client requirements.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Build and maintain a network of preferred vendors and direct clients.
  • Negotiate rates with clients/vendors to ensure placements with profitable margins.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all necessary documentation, like work authorization, is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain records of candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Networking and Follow-Up:
  • Engage with hiring managers, vendors, and consultants regularly to expand the network.
  • Follow up with clients and consultants to gather feedback after interviews and ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment practices.
  • Experience in working with various employment types (W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and similar platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with US tax terms, work authorizations, and visa types.
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in marketing H1B, OPT, and CPT consultants.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
