Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our technical and operational projects from initiation through delivery. This critical role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving outcomes, and promoting accountability. They will also possess excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, and delivery for technical and operational initiatives.Partner with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment and accountability across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.Develop and manage project and milestone plans that provide visibility and predictable delivery outcomes.Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and status checkpoints to maintain alignment and accountability.Monitor schedule, scope, resource allocation, and risk to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed to drive resolution.Create and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates that communicate progress, risk, and impact.Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process refinement, and adoption of best practices that enhance SDLC efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, software development, or digital product environments.Demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with clients and presenting to executive leadership.Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify risks early, and drive solutions proactively.Proficiency with project management tools and project reporting frameworks.
