Job Description:We deliver innovative, data-driven solutions for the pharmaceutical industry to enhance drug safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.This is a key role for highly experienced professionals with strategic thinking skills and deep domain expertise in software delivery.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects and programmes that deliver significant business value.Define and manage complex, multi-workstream projects and programmes for pharmaceutical clients.Align project objectives with business strategy and ensure all projects contribute to defined outcomes.Provide governance and direction across projects, managing dependencies, interproject risks, and overall programme-level planning and reporting.Serve as the key escalation point for stakeholders and external clients.Participate in pre-sales activities, including requirement-gathering sessions and proposal writing.Lead stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring transparent communication and alignment across teams.Coordinate the work of multiple project managers and third-party contributors.Maintain tight control of project scope and oversee change requests.Actively mentor and support the development of project managers within the team.Ensure a consistent approach to project delivery by championing standardised methodologies and best practices.Monitor budgets, timelines, resources, and KPIs.We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
