Job Description:This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. The Assistant Facility Manager (Technical) will work closely with clients and other teams to address any issues or concerns.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily facility operations, including managing schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records.A key aspect of this role is working with vendors to ensure that all necessary materials and services are obtained within approved parameters.In addition to these responsibilities, the Assistant Facility Manager (Technical) will also be expected to:Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on facility performanceDevelop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costsRequired Skills and Qualifications:To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a strong background in property operations, occupational safety, and team management.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of client-centric operations and be able to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with a large organization, is highly desirable.Benefits:This position offers a challenging and rewarding work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.The salary range for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering, or equivalent qualifications, is required for this position.Candidates with 8-10 years of relevant experience will be given preference.
