We’re looking for a passionate AI Developer with strong Node.js and ML Ops experience to join our team and lead the integration of AI applications.


Role Summary:

As an AI Developer, you will play a key role in building and integrating AI capabilities into our system. Your focus will be on creating scalable, high-performance AI features that elevate our product. This role requires a unique blend of backend development expertise and applied machine learning skills, making it ideal for someone excited about building and deploying AI solutions from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven features to enhance the platform’s functionality.
  • Develop machine learning models and algorithms for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or computer vision, depending on product needs.
  • Integrate AI models seamlessly into our existing Node.js backend, ensuring efficient data flow and processing.
  • Develop and optimize APIs that expose AI capabilities to other parts of the platform.
  •  Implement model deployment, monitoring, and version control to keep AI applications robust and up-to-date.
  •  Work with data engineers to collect, clean, and preprocess data for AI training and testing.
  •  Ensure efficient data pipelines for real-time or batch data processing, as required.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand feature requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
  • Work closely with frontend and backend developers to ensure cohesive integration of AI applications into the user experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest in AI and machine learning technologies, proposing innovative ways to leverage them in the platform.
  • Optimize model performance and scalability to meet startup demands.
  • Address latency issues in AI inference and create solutions for low-latency, real-time processing if needed.


Qualifications:


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and AI fundamentals.
  • Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deployment of models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in integrating machine learning models with Node.js applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment and scaling.


Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Knowledge of databases and data processing tools (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Spark).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs.
