Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards across production, packaging, and warehousing.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
  • Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conformities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
  • Support internal and external audits, including regulatory and certification bodies.
  • Train staff on quality protocols, hygiene standards, and SOPs.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
