Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance LeadThe primary goal of this role is to ensure compliance with global regulations and corporate policies, as well as lead the implementation and improvement of quality management systems across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality management strategies.Evaluate inspection readiness through internal and external audits and provide reports to senior leadership.Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance.Host awareness sessions on applicable regulations and best practices.Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.Manage and escalate compliance issues as necessary.Collaborate with internal staff to resolve issues and add value to the organization.Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge through training and development.Maintain quality standards by adhering to SOPs and enforcing departmental standards. Provide support to operations staff in using integrated quality systems. Develop and implement CAPA management and closure procedures. Ensure continuous improvement of quality management systems.
