Job Description Role Requirement- The candidate will be supporting the global customers on Axway APIM suite.Exposure supporting an Integration/API Management platform like Axway API Gateway/ CA API Gateway/ MuleSoft API Gateway/IBM API Connect/ APIGEE/ KONG/ 3Scale or similar API Gateway productsMust have strong knowledge on Unix and Linux administrationKnowledge around Webservices, SOAP and RESTKnowledge around Network fundamentals & related TroubleshootingKnowledge around Communication protocols – HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, MQ, JMS etc.Knowledge around Network security concepts (Encryption / Authentication / Certificates), OAuth, LDAP etc.Autonomous with one programming language/scripting·Autonomous with one Database. Good understanding of SQLProduction support experienceOperational On call support as & when required by the project.Soft Skills / ExperienceGood communication skills - both written and verbal.Customer/Front Office engagement experienceDesirable:Knowledge of ITIL practices, Incident/Problem/Change Management experienceAbility to work independently and have Learnability Skills.Exposure on Docker, Kubernetes and Container-based solutions.Exposure on Cloud like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.Exposure to NoSQL/MySQL/CassandraTotal Experience Expected: 04-06 years Additional Information At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
