The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and will be integral in delivering exceptional medical services within our client's healthcare facilities. This role requires a professional with a solid background in internal medicine coupled with excellent diagnostic and patient assessment skills.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in internal medicine to provide comprehensive care to patients (Mandatory skill).Strong patient assessment skills for evaluating and developing patient care plans (Mandatory skill).Ability to accurately diagnose and manage medical conditions with clinical expertise (Mandatory skill).Experience with electronic medical records to ensure accurate documentation and information retrieval.Capable of creating effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs and conditions.Knowledge of evidence-based medicine to drive informed decisions in patient care and management.Exceptional patient counseling abilities to communicate treatment plans and preventive measures effectively.Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration to develop comprehensive healthcare strategies.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments to determine the necessary diagnostic tests and treatment plans.Develop and implement patient care programs that align with medical best practices and organizational guidelines.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through coordinated care plans.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for ongoing monitoring and regulatory compliance.Provide expert consultations and second opinions on complex medical cases within the healthcare facility.Engage in continuous medical education and training to remain current with advances in internal medicine.Lead or participate in case discussions and team meetings to enhance collaborative patient care efforts.Deliver patient education sessions to enhance patient understanding and engagement in their healthcare journey.
