ABOUT THE ROLE: You'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the financial services and enterprise IT sector, working on exciting projects that shape the future of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. As an Oracle EBS Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade ERP systems, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with business objectives. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Define and design end-to-end Oracle EBS architecture, covering financials, supply chain, HR, and other core modules.Lead system integration efforts between Oracle EBS and other enterprise platforms.Drive solution design workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architectures.Provide architectural governance and best practices for Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reporting (CEMLI).Oversee upgrades, migrations, and roadmaps (R12 to R12.2, or transition to Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP).Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across Oracle EBS environments.Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, offering technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure long-term system sustainability. WHAT WE EXPECT:6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) in an architect or senior technical role.Strong knowledge of core EBS modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (PO, OM, INV), and HRMS.Expertise in Oracle database technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and application performance tuning.Solid experience with integration tools (Oracle SOA Suite, APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, or equivalent).Hands-on background in application server configuration, system upgrades, and security design.Experience defining migration strategies (EBS to R12.2 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP).Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and technical teams alike.Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. Nice to have: Oracle certifications (OCP, Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP). Experience in large-scale global ERP implementations. Familiarity with compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR).
