Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM - Time SpecialistJob Description:A remote consultant is needed to support complex time and labor configurations, integrations, and attestation workflows in Oracle Fusion HCM.The ideal candidate will have experience with employee attestation at time clocks, integrating clock attestation data with Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP APIs, and configuring T&L components.Responsibilities include implementing employee attestation, integrating clock data, configuring time card layouts, validation rules, shifts, device profiles, payroll/absence module linkage, supporting payroll processing, troubleshooting integration issues, and providing go-live support.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience with employee attestation at time clocks.Ability to integrate clock attestation data with Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP APIs.Knowledge of T&L component configuration, including time card layouts, validation rules, shifts, device profiles, and payroll/absence module linkage.Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, including APIs, mappings, and data flow.Nice to Have:Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.Experience with time clock vendors, such as Kronos or UKG.Compliance workflow knowledge.
