Marketing Web Experience DesignerWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Web Experience Designer to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance and responsive design.This role involves working closely with our Marketing team to produce engaging online experiences for leads and customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility and responsive design, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts.Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team.Create innovative interactive concepts using observations and learning.Qualifications:3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.Expertise in design tools such as Figma.Understanding of SEO principles, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings and constant upkeep with ever-changing trends.Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience working with automations, third-party tools and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of engaging online experiences that drive business results.
