We have over 19 million users from 190+ countries; 78 + of them are Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Ford, GM, GE, AT&T, Microsoft, Google, Unilever, etc.Roles and responsibilities:Understanding the product development lifecycle and the process; adhering to best standards and guidelinesCoordinating with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsCreating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test casesDesigning, developing, and executing automation scripts using the right toolsTracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts through proper documentation, Integration, and/or regression testing whenever necessaryIdentifying quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvementConsidering every possible scenario during exploratory testing and can spot bugs that others might not noticeComfortable with using various tools to find out the root causes of issues and have worked with JIRA or Asana to communicate bugs effectively with engineers, PMs, and designersWe would also love it if you had experience writing test cases in Gherkin syntaxStaying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesRequirements: Exp : 2-4yrs on QAStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesHighly must have Skill and exposure on PlaywrightGood knowledge of Typescript,Python,Java etc..Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test casesExperience with load and performance testingExperience in web or mobile automation scripting languages & tools or Performance testing tools like Selenium WebDriver Appium, Cucumber, TestNG ,JMeterExperience with observability tools like Sentry to track down issuesHands-on experience with automated testing toolsSolid knowledge of SQL and scriptingExperience with testing APIs and implementing API automated testingExperience with the build & deployment processes with Jenkins, code qualityExperience working with JIRA, Asana, or other bug reporting tool
