Ariba Expert

We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading and supporting full-cycle implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba modules for procurement and sourcing transformation initiatives.The role focuses on solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Ariba with SAP ECC/S4HANA landscapes. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Ariba solutions and ensure successful UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.This position requires strong functional expertise in multiple Ariba modules and the ability to drive best practices in procurement and supplier lifecycle processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support end-to-end implementation projects across SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Procurement, P2P, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Guided Buying.Configure SAP Ariba functional areas, workflows, approval processes, master data, and integration touchpoints.Conduct system design workshops, GAP analysis, and solution mapping aligned with client processes.Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.Provide expert recommendations and best practices for optimizing procurement, sourcing, and supplier-related processes.Support SIT, UAT, end-user training, go-live preparation, and production cutover activities.Work with SAP Ariba integration frameworks such as CIG, PI/PO, and APIs and coordinate with technical teams for seamless deployment.Troubleshoot integration and interface issues and coordinate with SAP support when required.Provide hypercare and ongoing production support for SAP Ariba solutions.Manage change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives in the Ariba landscape.Requirements:5–8 years of experience as an SAP Ariba Functional Consultant.Strong hands-on experience in at least two or more Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, Guided Buying, Ariba Network).In-depth understanding of procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier lifecycle processes.Experience with SAP Ariba CIG and integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA.Ability to create functional specifications, process documents, test scripts, and training materials.Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).SAP Ariba Certification (preferred).Additional Information:Immediate to short notice preferred (as per project need).Project Duration: 3–6 months.Work Mode: Remote.Positions Available: 8.Primary Skills: SAP Ariba CIG, SAP ECC/S4HANA.
