Project descriptionWe are looking out for team of AI Engineers for a strategic initiative to build Agentic AI use cases around Trading Surveillance. The customer have identified a set of use cases they want to develop internally with an Hackatlon model, having a team of expert working closely with the business and developing prototype with their supervision.ResponsibilitiesDefine, design, and implement scalable, robust, and secure Java-based applications (Microservices) architectures.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to development teams in implementing the architecture and following best practices.Oversee the development of Java applications, frameworks, and microservices, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.Lead efforts to improve application performance, scalability, and security through efficient architecture and code design.Evaluate and recommend appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools to enhance the application architecture and development process.Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews and the establishment of development guidelines.Ensure that applications meet security standards and comply with industry regulations.Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to drive continuous architectural improvement.SkillsMust haveMinimum of 6 to 9 years of experience to implement the solutionSkills required:Building AI AgentsLarge Language Models prompt engineering and fine tuningRetrieval Augmented GenerationGuardrailsAI Orchestration and interfaces with existing applicationsMain technologies:LangchainEdioGradioPythonStreamlitNice to haveTesseract OCR (nice to have)
