Lead Underwriter Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Underwriter to play a key role in the underwriting process for US Residential Mortgages.The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in underwriting US Residential Mortgage and possess strong knowledge of E2E underwriting, including Live UW, Post Close, and Pre-Funding Underwriting.You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring effective communication, and building high-performing teams. Additionally, you will maintain client Service Level Agreement Standards (SLAs) and client satisfaction while driving business operations to meet financial goals.
