About SiteReconWe are seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our team. This role will involve building and shipping features rapidly using modern tools and technologies.You will be responsible for combining traditional development skills with accelerated tooling, writing code where it matters, leveraging platforms where they're faster, and making pragmatic decisions to maximize delivery speed without sacrificing quality.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Backend, Frontend, Mobile, or Full-Stack Developer, strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language, and experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs and database schemas.Key responsibilities include:Building production applications using Python/NodeJs/Go, FlutterFlow, Supabase, n8n.Designing and implementing APIs, webhooks, and database architectures for scalability.Deploying and managing self-hosted open source solutions in production environments.Writing custom code (backend, frontend, or mobile) when tools hit limitations.Using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate implementation.Monitoring application performance, optimizing bottlenecks, and implementing security best practices.Ownership of production deployments, debugging, and incident management.Required Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:3+ years as a Backend, Frontend, Mobile, or Full-Stack Developer.Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language.Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs and database schemas.Production deployment and operations experience.Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and monitoring.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.OthersWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
