Power Platform DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Microsoft Power Apps and Copilot Studio expert to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.Key Responsibilities:Copilot Studio Development:Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows to create engaging and effective conversational experiences.Integrate Copilot Studio with other Power Platform components and external systems.Develop and maintain custom topics, entities, and actions within Copilot Studio.Analyze and optimize chatbot performance through analytics and user feedback.Power Platform Development:Develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas, model-driven, and portals).Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.Utilize Dataverse to design and manage data models and ensure data integrity.Create and manage custom connectors to integrate with third-party systems.Build and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and provide actionable insights.Solution Design and Implementation:Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop effective Power Platform solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with strategic goals.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including designing and implementing chatbots and virtual assistants.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI concepts.Proficiency in data modeling and database design.Understanding of API integration and custom connector development.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
