A Sales Trainer at FRQ BRO PRIVATE LIMITED (OPPO), is responsible for improving the skills, product knowledge, and performance of the sales team. The role focuses on preparing staff to confidently engage with customers, promote OPPO products, and achieve sales targets through effective training programs. The Sales Trainer ensures that every team member is well-equipped to represent the brand professionally in retail outlets and market environments.
